A Approved Air's Service Division Fee's and Charges.


All Residential call outs and maintenance charges are Payable upon completion.
A Approved Air's Service division will always give an approximate booking time but can't give an exact time unless booking the first appointment for the day. With each job being different, times can vary. If there is any major delay's someone from the service division will call and advise of any changes.
If your breakdown / repair is covered under manufacturer's warranty, proof of purchase is required for the warranty claim to be processed. If proof of purchase can't be provided, normal Fee's and Charges will apply.
With extreme temperatures occurring through out the year, all mechanical equipment will be tested to its limits. During these times we experience an increase in service and breakdown call outs. This can delay industry response times which effect manufacturers and their spare parts availability. We ask for your patience during our busy periods.
